Not limited to ink and pixels, Ming’s paintings have been displayed at the Strychnin Gallery in Berlin as well as on the walls of The Secret Headquarters in LA. With so much talent, creativity and drive, you can expect to see much, much more from Ming as she continues her artistic pursuits.
Ming Doyle was born in Boston to an Irish-American sailor and a Chinese-Canadian librarian. Since earning her BFA from Cornell University in 2007, she has depicted the sequential exploits of zombie superheroes, demonic cheerleaders, vengeful cowboys, and dapper mutants for companies ranging from Image Comics to Marvel. Ming was also part of the wildly successful WOMANTHOLOGY project, illustrated the graphic novel TANTALIZE: KIEREN’S STORY by Cynthia Leitich Smith, and provided the art for the comic book MARA written by Brian Wood. She’s also done covers for Boom! Studios and Dynamite Entertainment. Her latest work can be seen on the pages of Valiant Comics’ Quantum and Woody.
